To begin your repair, please follow these steps:

Submit a Repair Request: Fill out our online repair form, providing as much detail as possible about the damage to your sunglasses.
Ship Your Sunglasses: After submitting the form, send your sunglasses to our repair facility. We will provide instructions on how to securely ship them.
Repair Evaluation: Once we receive your sunglasses, our team will evaluate the damage and determine the best repair options. After assessment, we will contact you with a quote for the necessary repairs. The repair process will begin once the lab has recieved payment.

Repair times can vary depending on the extent of the damage and the type of repair needed. On average, repairs typically take 5-10 business days once we’ve received and assessed your sunglasses. The cost of repairs will be provided after we receive and assess your sunglasses. Since damage can vary greatly between pairs, we are unable to offer a quote until we can physically evaluate the sunglasses. Please note that while we strive to offer competitive pricing, we cannot guarantee a final price until the repair is assessed.
Yes, we repair prescription sunglasses, including replacing lenses with new prescription lenses if needed. When you submit your repair request, be sure to mention if your sunglasses contain prescription lenses.
To get started, simply fill out our online repair form on our website. After submitting the form, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label via email. Use the label to send your sunglasses to our repair facility. It’s quick, easy, and free of charge!
No, you do not need to pay for shipping. Once you submit the repair form, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label, which you can use to send your sunglasses to us at no cost to you. Please make sure to double check your JUNK/SPAM folder for the pre-paid label.However if you live outside of the united states of america (including Canada/Mexico) you would be responsible for mailing the item to us the reason being is that our label system is not able to detect lables coming from outside the country, Should you choose to proceed with the repair we will reimburse you for the SHIPPING COST ONLY simply just email/text us with the reciept of the package and our customer service staff will work with you to take care of the rest.
The repair process is straightforward. First, send us your damaged eyewear using our FREE prepaid shipping label to receive a repair price quote. If you agree to the quote, you can check out the invoice. After payment, we'll complete the repair and return your frame to you. If you decide not to proceed with the quote, we'll send your item back, and you'll only need to cover the shipping cost. please keep in mind that If we do not here from you within 30 days of the lab quoting you or should we not be able to reach you the glasses would be disposed of by our Lab. To begin, fill out our online form with your address and details about the damage. You'll receive an order number that you should use for all communications with us. Make sure to include this order number with your eyewear to avoid any confusion.
Once the invoice is paid and your item is sent to the lab for repair, please allow for 24-48 hours for our lab to process the repair into their system. Once the Glasses have been inputed into the labs system please allow for 3-5 business days for The item which will be shipped back to you with the level of service that you had selected when you originally paid for the shipping. You will be given a tracking number once the item has shipped
Well, Im glad you asked!. While most of the work done by our lab is perfect and without incident , mistakes & misunderstandings & misplacment can happen. If there is something that is of concern, please feel free to give our customer service team a call at Toll Free 732-992-6879 and explain the problem. our customer service team will work with you to find an appropriate resolution so that you are left satisfied. The simplest solution is to send your item back to us for a re-repair. Please do understand that all repairs are covered by our 60 day warranty. Please keep in mind there are NO refunds for repair related work.
Repair Services - All repairs are guaranteed for 60 days from date of delivery. We will provide a 60 day warranty on the repaired portion of your eyewear. The warranty will protect you against any breakage happening at the same spot that we repaired. please refer to FAQ #10 with any questions
If you choose to not complete the repair service, and you want us to ship the item back, you will only be resposnible for the return shipping fees of your eyewear. please refer to FAQ #13 for further questions Or call us
Once upon a time Titanium frames where impossible to Repair, Today modern technologies teaming up with our Lab Specialists have devised and created several repair techniques to fix about all Titanium frames. We have developed various methods that allow us to repair titanium frames with the utmost durability and the least visibility of the repair area. Most eyewear repair centers will tell you that this metal is not repairable, or they are not able to repair Titanium. However you can rest assured that we can do this work.
Once the eyewear arrives at our location, we will first notify you that your item has arrived after the item arrives, after the glasses get scanned in the Lab will provide you with a detailed estimate within 24-72 hours. If you decide not to pay it, you can opt to cover the return shipping costs. We will reach out to you via phone, email, and text multiple times to ensure that you’re in the loop! If you don’t collect your item within 30 days of its arrival at our facility, we will unfortunatley have to dispose of it.
