If you are not satisifed with your order, sunglassesrepair.com we will accept returns of merchandise that was purchased Up to 14 days of the item being delivered to you. All items that are returned to our facility is subject to careful examination. If an item is found tampered with in anyway, used or physically damaged the refund will not be given. Please contact us at sales@sunglassesrepair.com to inform us that you will be returning the item and you will be issued a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) which you will include in your package.
